This statement discloses the privacy practices for Stocker Horticulture and Hydroponic Supplies (2004) Ltd. We have designed www.hydroponics.co.nz (also hydroponic.co.nz, hydroponic.net.nz) so that no personal identifying information is displayed online or is accessible to the general public.

Use of Data
All data we collect from users is offered by the user. We use other personal information (name, e-mail address, contact info) to manage on-line sales. We do not sell or distribute that information to any third party.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share any customer information that we collect on our site. For advertising purposes, visitor and customer information is statistically aggregated and reported to advertisers. However, we do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to personally identify you, such as your name, e-mail address, account, password, or transaction history.

Information Security
Our Shopping Cart is protected by SSL encryption to protect your personal details, and this information will only be used for the purpose it was submitted for. All information gathered on our website is stored and maintained in secure facilities that limit access to authorised personnel only. This personnel can only access the information through a series of access-control procedures. All Stocker Horticulture and Hydroponic Supplies (2004) Ltd employees are briefed about the Company's privacy and security policies on a regular basis.

Consumer Guarantee
Our commitment is to your 100% satisfaction.  We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.  If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Delivery Information
All purchases in New Zealand will be charged the courier fee + $5.00 for packaging.  We will advise you of the delivery charge when we receive your order and this must be paid before your order is despatched. Please make sure when you make your freight price enquiry that you state your address and whether you are rural or not.

Overseas delivery prices are dependant on weight and destination and will also incurr a $5.00 charge for packaging. We will advise you of the delivery charge when we receive your order and this must be paid before your order is despatched.
Australia
Items are normally delivered within 3 - 8 working days, but delays are possible.
International: Airmail
Items are normally delivered within 4 - 12 working days, but delays are possible.

Any orders containing items classified as Dangerous Goods will have to be freighted by Chemcouriers. Dangerous goods are Hydrogen Peroxide Class 5.1, Potassium Hydroxide (Caustic Potash) Class 8, Calcium Nitrate Class 5.1, Potassium Nitrate Class 5.1, Nitric Acid class 8.5 and Phosphoric Acid Class 8. An extra cost will be incurred if this is the case.

Payment Options
Payment can be made by Direct Debit to our Bank Account - 06-0317-0725026-000, or post a cheque to Stocker Horticulture & Hydroponic Supplies (485 Peake Road, RD1 Bruntwood, Cambridge 3493, New Zealand).
(Please use your the Order Number on the confirmation email you receive as a reference for your payment)

Customs Requirements
New Zealand law requires us to attach custom documentation to all international packages including a description of the goods and stating the cost.  As we have no control over any Customs or import charges levied or items which may not be allowed in other countries, once the package reaches it's destination, these additional charges or matters are the recipient's responsibility. You may want to contact the local customs office for further information.
